Kate’s Catch is a 3 bedroom (all king sized) 2.5 bath home complete with 2 decks that wrap around half the home and an observation platform. Each room has a TV for streaming all your favorite apps, we provide linens and towels and there is a park grill in the yard, fish cleaning station and picnic table all under the home! We offer a screened porch off the dining area with seating for 4. There are sun shades that can be drawn to keep the sun out of your eyes!

The entire home, inside and outside, was completely remodeled in 2024. Gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, granite countertops, and breakfast bar complete the kitchen! Washer and dryer are located on the bedrom floor.

We are literally 500 feet from the beach! When the wind blows in the right direction, you can sit on the deck and hear the ocean!

This isn’t an investment rental. This is our home from mid September until May. We know every inch of it and work tirelessly to make sure everything works. Our kitchen is stocked for a family to make meals and not the bare minimum. It’s provided to you by a family for a family.

It’s very simple. Our home is priced at $340 a night, every night, regardless of holiday or month. Our home has a 7 night minimum and makes the rent $2380. We have to pay about 16% to the reservation platform from our earnings so we net $2000 for your stay. Anything above that is a fee charged by the rental platform/management company. We offer direct booking to eliminate that if you prefer. Oh and tax…..always have to pay the tax man!
